Job summary

GENERAL SUMMARY:

As Manager - Security, you'll take charge of day-to-day security operations and lead an awesome team dedicated to keeping our hospital environment safe and secure. You'll own the department budget, craft smart policies and procedures, and set ambitious goals that actually get achieved. Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Associate Degree in Security Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field and 3 years progressive supervisory or management experience in healthcare security, law enforcement, military or related public safety field
• OR 3 to 5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience in healthcare security, law enforcement, military, or related public safety field, with demonstrated success leading teams, improving operational performance, implementing security initiatives, and achieving measurable results in safety, customer service, regulatory compliance, and employee development in hospital security experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Must qualify for any state required licensing.
