  • Collaborate with Planning to standardize planning parameters, item coverage, and master data structures across plants.
  • Partner with IT and Planning to prioritize and implement system enhancements that improve planning accuracy, usability, and visibility.
MRP Integrity & Execution
  • Partner with the Planning team to ensure MRP outputs are accurate, actionable, and aligned with planning intent, including planned orders, supply signals, and inventory projections.
  • Jointly identify and resolve root causes of MRP instability (e.g., master data gaps, lead time inaccuracies, BOM/route issues).
  • Establish routines with Planning to monitor MRP health, exception messages, and adherence to planning policies.
Master Data & Planning Governance
  • Partner with Planning to define and enforce standards for planning master data, including item setups, safety stock policies, lead times, and order policies.
  • Collaborate across Planning, Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Establish governance processes with Planning to sustain data integrity and disciplined system usage at scale.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop KPIs with the Planning team to measure planning effectiveness, including:
    • MRP accuracy
    • Inventory turn
    • OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
    • Plan adherence
  • Review plan vs. execution variances with Planning and drive joint corrective actions.
  • Lead targeted improvement initiatives in partnership with Planning to enhance planning reliability and inventory productivity.
Change Enablement & Adoption
  • Partner with Planning to drive adoption of standard planning processes and system usage across sites.
  • Align with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance) to reinforce shared accountability for execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, the business, and IT to deliver practical, executable system solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, production planning, or MRP‑driven environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP planning systems (D365 F&O preferred), including MRP configuration and planning parameters.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes and the linkage between demand planning, supply planning, and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead change and drive adoption of planning systems and process improvements across cross‑functional teams.
