About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Role

The Manager, Revenue Operational Transformation is a highly visible, strategic role dedicated to modernizing the operating models within our Revenue Deal Support and broader Revenue Management organization. We are looking for a strategic innovator to challenge the status quo, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and design solutions that enable our teams to scale seamlessly alongside the business. As the designated Revenue Management subject matter expert, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams, acting as our organization's key representative on multi-year enterprise initiatives.

This role bridges large-scale process innovation with deep accounting rigor, ensuring that new operating models are efficient, scalable, and do not introduce financial statement risk. With data-driven problem solving at the core of your daily routine, you will synthesize quantitative insights from reporting dashboards and AI technologies with qualitative, on-ground fact-gathering from key stakeholders. By bridging this gap, you will uncover hidden inefficiencies, drive structural solutions, and clearly quantify the success of new initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement modernized operating models for the Revenue Deal Support and broader Revenue Management organizations to enable seamless scaling alongside business growth.
  • Act as the business owner for critical quote-to-cash processes within the Revenue Deal Support team, assuming ownership for the efficiency and execution of operational workflows such as complex deal approvals, case management, and exception handling.
  • Serve as the designated subject matter expert for the Revenue Management team, representing the organization's requirements and strategic interests on critical, multi-year enterprise initiatives led by cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize reporting dashboards, data analytics solutions, and diverse AI tools on a daily basis to pinpoint process friction, uncover hidden efficiencies, and translate complex data into actionable operational strategy.
  • Continuously monitor the health of revenue management operations to proactively spot operational bottlenecks and independently drive the design of corrective strategies.
  • Apply deep accounting rigor to all operational changes and system innovations, ensuring that new processes optimize revenue management processes while understanding and reducing financial statement risk.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in accounting or relevant field or equivalent experience required; MBA or Masters' degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting with 2+ years in enterprise transformation or consulting/advisory roles.
  • Proven experience driving process transformation and innovation at scale. Capable of both leading internal transformation projects and acting as a strategic advisor on initiatives driven by cross‑functional partners. Experience with AI transformation initiatives is a strong plus, specifically implementing agentic automation and intelligent workflows within a Finance or Revenue organization.
  • Deep understanding of key enterprise business processes, specifically Quote-to-Cash (QTC), with proven experience operating within a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliant environment.
  • Strong end-to-end project management expertise, including strategic planning, workstream execution, milestone tracking, and executive reporting for complex initiatives.
  • Proficiency in navigating Tableau or equivalent data analytics and visualization platforms.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, tackle complex operational challenges creatively, and design innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence to present to leadership, think on your feet, and constructively debate complex strategic decisions.
  • High degree of adaptability, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, and high-growth enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong blend of public accounting and enterprise industry experience.
  • Direct experience with Revenue Recognition (ASC 606).
  • Hands-on experience operating within the Salesforce platform/ecosystem.
  • Strong business acumen, with the agility to quickly grasp complex company operations and strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a track record of earning trust, influencing stakeholders, and partnering effectively with cross-functional executives.
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to effectively prioritize and seamlessly manage competing goals across multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Building dashboards in Tableau or equivalent data analytics and visualization platforms.
  • Collaborative team player who excels in virtual, global, and cross-functional environments, actively championing diversity of team, thought, and perspective.
