You will implement clinical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians to drive quality outcomes while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management.
• Experience with adult inpatient care and Level III NICU.
• Recent experience working in a union hospital environment.
• Minimum 7 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• National Respiratory Therapy Board certification.

Responsabilités

• Manage Respiratory Therapy teams, staffing, workflows, and daily operations.
• Oversee inpatient respiratory care for adult patients and Level III NICU.
• Implement clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hospital requirements.
• Monitor quality, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance.
• Lead process improvement and resolve complex patient and service issues.
• Develop, coach, and support Respiratory Therapy staff.
• Manage resources, equipment, supplies, budgets, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.

Job Summary

• Minimum **3 years of leadership/management experience**.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
