The Neonatal ICU Respiratory Care Manager is responsible for respiratory care activities within the neonatal intensive care unit. He/she supports the direction and new program development of the Respiratory Care Department and of the NICU unit through participating and leading growth and change. He/she assures operational and fiscal accountabilities are met. Staff development is a key responsibility.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Valid Ohio Respiratory Care license, Valid Registered Respiratory credential through NBRC.
Current CPR Certification - preferred
NPR Certification - preferred
Neonatal and Pediatric Specialty Certification - preferred
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3-5 years job related experience

RRT in a neonatal critical care Level III NICU
Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement initiatives. Interdisciplinary care activities.
