Qualifications

Team Summary

The PxD+D team functions as the Innovation arm of Visa Consulting & Analytics. We support Fortune 500 clients by applying humancentered research to uncover customer needs and translate them into better product, digital, and experience strategies.

The Role

TheConsultantwill lead quantitative research projects across advanced quantitative workstreams. You will be responsible for helping shape research approaches, analyzing and synthesizing data into cohesive stories, and delivering actionable insights that guide client decisions. This role is ideal for someone deeply curious about consumer behavior, experienced in applied research, and comfortable leading workstreams within a fast moving consulting engagements.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, execution and presentation of quantitative research, including choicebased experiments (e.g., conjoint, MaxDiff), concept tests, and segmentation
• Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling insight narratives and data visualizations for client deliverables

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 5-8+ years of experiencein market research, insights, analytics, consulting, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Data Analytics, or another researchoriented discipline
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality work under tight timelines
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior stakeholders

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $133,300 to $226,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
