Description

Responsible for the overall management and leadership of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program, including but not limited to program development, staff development and education, quality and the resolution of issues. In addition, responsible for monitoring and maintaining budget compliance, analyzing methods to increase reimbursement and enhance customer satisfaction. Estimated salary range for this position is $110993.26 - $144291.24 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Physical Therapist.
• Occupational Therapist.
• NCTRC Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
• Basic Life Support.
• Speech-Language Pathologist.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience of 4 years or more in a supervisory role.
• Minimum Bachelors degree required.
• This position requires excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate people effectively.
• Applicable License/Certification.
