Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Supply Chain Leader who actively guides, trains, mentors and monitors colleagues while contributing to the development and execution of department and system-wide strategic plans. You will provide operations and optimization leadership across a large regional domain, balancing staff development with compliance and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Six to seven years of progressively responsible experience with 4–5 years in Value Analysis or related discipline.
  • Verifiable 2–3 years of leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor supply chain staff, ensuring operational readiness and performance.
  • Provide leadership in development and execution of strategic plans for a large, regional area.
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization across logistics, procurement and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Trinity Health policies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six (6) to seven (7) years progressively responsible experience with 4-5 years in Value Analysis or closely related discipline.
  • Verifiable 2-3 years of leadership experience in a progressive work environment with complex, multidisciplinary teams.
Physical And Mental Requirements & Working Conditions

Indirect / Healthcare Support Services: (OSHA: Healthcare support services mean services that facilitate the provision of healthcare services.)

  • Rare clinical / patient facing work environment.
  • Includes continuous work time indoors (subject to travel requirements) under temperature-controlled & well-lit conditions; may encounter occasional variable external environmental conditions.
  • Includes occasional lifting, up to 30 pounds unassisted, frequent travel & use of computer; Includes continuous sitting & may require rare long periods of continued walking, standing, stooping, bending, pulling & pushing.

Direct Healthcare & Indirect / Support Healthcare Services: must be able to:

  • Adapt to frequent interruptions, shifting priorities & stressful situations; Attend to tasks until complete, understand & relate to complex ideas & concepts & be able to remember multiple tasks & regimens extending over long periods of time & work on concurrent tasks / projects.
  • Read small print, frequent ability to hear normal sounds & voice patterns, able to give / receive instructions & other verbal communications in-person & over the phone / computer / device / equipment assigned with some background noise.
  • Perform frequent manual dexterity activities & occasional grasping/handling.
  • Continuous attention to maintain a safe working environment & use of available personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Comply with Trinity Health’s policies & procedures.
Compensation

Pay Range: $98240 - $147360 per year

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
