You will oversee section operations, budgets, staff development, QA, compliance, and collaboration with physicians, physicists, and hospital leadership, while advancing education programs and maintaining credentialing.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as required by state boards where services are provided (OH, WV, or PA as applicable).
  • Registered in imaging modality through ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with Leadership, manages section operations, budget, payroll, inventory, and equipment maintenance oversight.
  • Recommends and implements equipment, product, and system improvements.
  • Recruits, supervises, schedules, and evaluates technical and support staff.
  • Ensures compliance with departmental policies and credentialing requirements.
  • Leads quality assurance, audits, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Maintains regulatory, accreditation, and licensing standards.
  • Supports clinical education and student integration.
  • Maintains professional and managerial competencies via continuing education.
  • Builds collaboration with physicians, medical physics, and hospital departments.
