Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, health science, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Master's degree in a health-related field preferred.
• RN license and/or CPHQ preferred.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare quality experience in areas such as quality management, performance improvement, project management, healthcare operations, clinical data management, regulatory requirements, or management of medical offices preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects, developing project plans, documenting requirements, managing timelines, and status reporting preferred.
• Existing knowledge of healthcare quality reporting requirements is preferred.
• Direct supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide Quality Management and Performance Improvement activities to support safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate Quality Department data, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and performance-improvement initiatives while managing multiple projects and supporting Care Center programs and operational initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff, leadership, Care Centers, clinical and administrative departments, and other stakeholders to implement improvements, monitor outcomes, and achieve organizational quality and patient-safety goals.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Healthcare, Health Science, Public Health, Nursing, or a health related field is required.

SUMMARY:

Salary Range: $46.35 – $64.89
