CED’s current salary range for this role is $102,500 to $138,500 per year. Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience, performance, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the total package may include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. CED follows a 9/80 work schedule, allowing employees to enjoy alternating Fridays off.
The Manager, Quality Control Manager (QCM) holds accountability and responsibility to ensure that CED’s company‑wide inspection processes meet quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Working with Quality Inspection Leads, the QCM develops and oversees quality processes, ensures work is completed per schedule, leads inspections and audits, analyzes quality data, and implements corrective actions to improve performance. The QCM holds accountability for assigned personnel to be competently trained and continue the development of staff.
Directly supervise Quality Inspection Leads and their assigned personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently. Must be able to pass vision requirements based on contracting requirement. Involves sitting, standing and walking throughout the day. Extensive and routine use of a computer and some extended periods of sitting at a desk.
