Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a proactive leader to own onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding product selection, plan design, and solution strategies that best fit client needs.

The role covers end-to-end management of client accounts—from intent gathering and planning to setup, implementation, and transition to the account management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle large volumes of information under tight deadlines.

This role is responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of complex and highly customized pharmacy solutions for a diverse client portfolio. The individual will serve as a strategic consultant, guiding clients on optimal product selection, plan design, and solution strategies that align with their business needs.

This client-facing role is pivotal in delivering a best-in-class experience that drives retention and growth of the MPS book of business. The position owns the end-to-end management of client accounts, spanning intent gathering, project planning, setup case submission, implementation, and seamless transition to the account management team. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment with client expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
