• Translate strategic priorities, client needs, and operational challenges into clear project charters, business requirements, roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, governance structures, and success measures.
• Partner with firm and client leadership to define desired business outcomes, scope, deliverables, resource requirements, budgets, decision rights, and measures of success.
• Lead initiatives through the full transformation lifecycle, including opportunity definition, current-state assessment, future-state design, implementation.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working with senior business leaders, service-line professionals, technology teams, vendors, and client stakeholders and will bring structure to ambiguity, manage interdependent workstreams, resolve risks, and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes.
