Job summary

Northwestern Medicine in Chicago seeks a Manager, Professional Affairs I to lead the department's faculty affairs, clinical functions, educational programs and communications.

You will oversee recruitment, appointments, promotions, budgets, visas when needed, and develop continuing education and residency programs, while coordinating interdepartmental relations and departmental communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a relevant role.
• Previous experience in academic healthcare, management of academic affairs, educational programs, publications.

The Manager, Professional Affairs I is primarily responsible for managing, directing and implementing the professional relations of the Department, including faculty affairs, clinical functions, educational programs, and communications.
