As the Production Manager you will be responsible for carrying out day to day activities in multiple areas including production, inventory management, and quality investigations. Responsible to meet production throughput, quality, and cost objectives while driving waste from the process. Manages and develops one or more team leads as well as other direct labor staff. Also the job responsibilities may require off shift or weekend support. In this role you will be challenged to manage our Ultrasound Production Lines and its related processes and staff to deliver products with the highest quality at the lowest cost, according to product specifications and compliance requirements. Your team will consist of Assemblers, Test Technicians and Material Handlers across 2 shifts, Key Performance Indicators include On-Time Shipments, Defect per unit, Cost Reductions, Team Productivity, Safety, and more.
