Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production department, schedule operations, ensure consistency across shifts, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet quality and production standards. This role emphasizes EH&S, staffing optimization, and cost control.

The candidate should have 5–10 years in manufacturing, with plastics or fabrication experience, and LEAN/CI exposure. Travel is anticipated at 5–10% across sites.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience in plastics or fabrication environment.
• 2 years of experience with LEAN or CI involvement.
• 2 years of experience in a union setting, when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of manufacturing, including EH&S, cost-effective production, built-in quality, appropriate staffing levels and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to frontline leaders to ensure fair and consistent treatment across the department and company targets are met in relation to output levels and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure products are produced and available for shipment timely.
• Ensure the availability of adequate resources of materials, tools and labor to effectively meet production needs.
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned

About The Opportunity
