Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Enterprise API Platforms in Chicago. You will lead product initiatives across API Design and related platforms, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver AI-enabled, real-time capabilities that improve customer and associate experiences.

You will translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, drive platform UX, and work with stakeholders to balance risk, value, and execution across a high-scale API ecosystem.

About the Team Capital One's API platform powers our real time intelligent journey - enabling the capabilities for our customer and associate experiences that drive the company forward. This platform product role supports one of the largest and most critical platforms at the company - owning the user experience and capabilities driving us towards a next gen platform while supporting the latest AI technologies needed to win.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Salary and Compensation

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
• This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
