Capital One's Discover Card Site team is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead end-to-end strategies for our front-page card site, translating business goals into customer-centered digital experiences.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners, apply personalization and rigorous analysis to optimize the shopping journey, and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and value for customers.

Qualifications

About the Team

Discover’s Card Site is a frontpage for the Discover brand that helps customers find the perfect credit card through tailored, cohesive experiences. With Discover integration nearing completion, there is white space opportunity to optimize the Discover site to unlock growth. We are currently seeking a Product Manager to develop comprehensive strategies across our core Card Site pages. This role will leverage customer learnings and innovative approaches, like personalization, to optimize the shopping experience - executing a mix of innovative tests and full-scale site rollouts to continuously improve the customer journey. You’ll manage strategies E2E, problem solving and prioritizing based on business impact.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary & Compensation

• Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
