• Own the Allspice platform ecosystem and high-throughput capabilities delivering personalized credit card offers at scale
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and marketers to build resilient systems
• Launch, test, and scale credit card offers across millions of interactions
• Navigate complex technical landscapes to build elegant, resilient, and scalable features
• Reimagine and innovate product solutions based on internal and external customer needs
• Deliver business outcomes through leverage and execution excellence
• Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions
• Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
