Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to own end-to-end procurement and supplier management. The Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing owns end-to-end procurement operations and product sourcing engineering, leading a team of Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers. This role is the central point of contact for all supply chain needs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Facilities. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and quality while enabling the business to scale. Through supplier negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and data-driven performance management, you will directly support both engineering development programs and production planning requirements in alignment with strategic sourcing initiatives.

$113,000
$149,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
