This role will manage a team responsible for all aspects of the Procure-to-Pay workflow, including purchase order management, goods/service receipt reconciliation, and invoice processing. A successful manager must have experience with high-volume receiver reconciliations involving third-party shipping locations, as well as tracking transfers and returns. The Procurement Operations Manager will be a key contributor to the company’s initiative to expand and develop centralized procurement processes across all wine business departments. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of procurement-based practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and transparency in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.## Job Description* Lead and manage team responsible for daily procurement support operations, fostering a high performance and collaborative environment* Develop, implement, and optimize purchase order entry requirements across various purchase types (CAPEX, OPEX, Production Material) to ensure accuracy and compliance* Oversee and streamline the tracking and confirmation of goods/service receipts and accurate recording in the ERP system, including quantity reconciliations and managing complex 3rd party shipping locations* Manage the efficient review, recording, and uploading of supplier invoices into the ERP system.* Resolve, or escalate exceptions and irregularities in the procure-to-pay process, driving root cause analysis and preventative measures* Follow-up and follow-thru on open / pending orders and transactions* Act as primary point of contact for internal and external procurement inquires, ensuring timely and effective communication* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes, leveraging data and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness* Support the strategic development and implementation of centralized procurement for all wine business departments, collaborating with various stakeholders to standardize processes and achieve companywide benefits* Utilize and optimize SharePoint (team tracker) to organize, prioritize, and track team tasks and projects## Qualifications* At least four years experience in Production or Logistics in an administrative or procurement capacity + Wine industry experience highly desirable* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a focus on Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant field* Proven success training and mentoring others* Proven attention to detail and excellent organizational and documentation skills* Advanced Excel user; must be able to perform basic calculations and assemble data in spreadsheets and charts/graphs* Basic understanding of Procure to Pay workflow in an ERP environment* Ability to compose concise and effective communication* Embrace transparency, collaboration and change* Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in EnglishPay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
