Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta is seeking a senior Data Services Manager to lead client onboarding into our data services model and drive multi-source data structuring and reporting.

You will collaborate with clients to design customized dashboard views, manage data collection, mentor associates, and support the rollout of new Data Services products while aligning with management objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience leading client-facing data projects and teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to coordinate across levels.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree focused on Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a financial services or related role, with time spent in a management / oversight capacity
• Excellent client service skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate production of client deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels across the company
• Deadline-oriented with ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks independently
• Ability to mentor staff and create a positive work culture within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills
