AbbVie is seeking a Finance Manager, Price Forecasting to support Gross-to-Net planning for Neuroscience medicines. You will drive rebates/discount forecasts, partner with Market Access, Copay, and GTN Accounting, and deliver concise insights for Senior Leadership. Strong modeling, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
Role reports to the Director, NEC Price Forecasting and requires independent prioritization within a matrix organization. MBA/CPA preferred, 6–8 years’ experience.

The Finance Manager, Price Forecasting is responsible for supporting the brand strategies through Gross-to-Net sales planning and reporting for Medication in Neuroscience. This includes providing financial pricing leadership to the brand team in development of the Plans, LRPs and LBEs and will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, MABI, and Market Access, to prepare concise and accurate deliverables, along with decision-support for Senior Leadership. This position reports directly to the Director, NEC Price Forecasting and is an individual contributor position and requires a high level of individual accountability and is expected to operate independently to accomplish the goals and responsibilities of the position; however constant alignment is critical due to the nature of the role.In addition, the Manager has a high degree of freedom to independently set priorities so that both planned and unplanned departmental objectives are achieved. Compensation and responsibilities will be tailored based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
