Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Manager, Practice Operations is responsible for the overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office development activities in a medical office setting with less than 15 physicians. The primary focus of the position includes, but is not limited to, day-to-day operations, communication, and interoffice coordination to ensure service quality and financial management of the medical office.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years Healthcare managerial experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an ambulatory care setting.
• IDX, AEMR and Allscripts experience.
