Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems and food safety programs in our manufacturing facility. You will partner with operations, suppliers, and customers to drive excellence and sustain a culture of safety and quality.

The role focuses on audits, investigations, corrective actions, and data-driven improvement while aligning with Ball’s sustainability and performance goals. Onsite work and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO, FSSC, or related quality systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Hiring Salary Range:$98,900 - $141,330 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

• Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
