Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Pharmacist to coordinate and implement Pharmacy Services across the hospital, ensuring safe, cost-effective medications and excellent patient outcomes. The role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and achievement of productivity and financial goals.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an NABP-approved school, a current Missouri Pharmacist license, and at least 3 years of experience.
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Pharmacy Services and ensures that the pharmacies provide optimal services on a daily basis. Develops and manages systems within the pharmacies that promote excellent patient outcomes by way of safety and cost-effective medications. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the mission of Saint Francis. Holds pharmacy colleagues and hospital colleagues to the highest standards for adherence to regulatory guidelines. Meets productivity and financial goals of the hospital.
