Greylock Insurance Agency in Westfield, MA, is seeking a Manager, Personal Lines to lead a small Personal Lines team, mentor staff, and ensure service excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance.
You will oversee policy service, educate customers on coverage, and support sales initiatives to grow a personal lines book. Requires 3 years in insurance with supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Bilingual: Perferred not required-Bilingual employees are eligible to receive a stipend in addition to the posted pay range below after completing a proficiency test. Sign on bonus: $1,500.00 sign on bonus available for full-time employment. Eligibility for the bonus is $500 after successful completion of onboarding/training to be paid with two months of service, and $1,000 after 6 months of continued full-time satisfactory service.

The Manager, Personal Lines leads and manages the Personal Lines team to achieve production goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards. Oversees staff development, operational efficiency, and relationship management with carriers, Greylock Federal Credit Union Partners, And The Community.
