A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper mid‑market and large‑cap private equity firms. We help improve operating results for their portfolio companies, which typically range from $50 million to over $1 billion.
We bring a structured and disciplined approach to create and capture value. We provide private equity buyers and their portfolio companies with a broad continuum of knowledge and tools for mergers, acquisitions, carve‑outs, joint‑ventures and alliances. The team works across the full spectrum of the deal lifecycle: pre‑deal technology, operational and synergy reviews, “Day‑1” planning, and post‑deal implementations. Our services include due diligence (software product and technology, IT and operational), merger integration / carve‑out planning and execution, transition service agreement negotiation & governance, ERP implementations, IT operations & cost reduction, and enterprise architecture.

Salary ranges from $125,000 to $190,000 annually, with discretionary bonuses based on performance.
