This role will lead analytics-driven diligence and advisory support for private equity and corporate transactions. The manager will partner closely with clients and internal teams to turn complex data into clear insights that inform investment, operational, and strategic decisions. This position also plays a key role in guiding teams, strengthening client relationships, and advancing AI‑enabled solutions within a consulting environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diligence for M&A and transformational events.
• Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders.
