  • Monitor payer restrictions, prior authorization denials, and access challenges impacting the patient journey
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Drive strategic problem‑solving engagements, synthesizing complex market dynamics, stakeholder feedback, and healthcare trends to deliver actionable insights
You’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience supporting or leading projects that improve customer engagement, field effectiveness, or commercial processes
  • Expertise in pharma/biotech commercial functions (sales, marketing, access) and the product‑lifecyle landscape
  • Strong understanding of hub operations, specialty pharmacy, copay programs, and payer access dynamics
  • Experience working with patient‑level claims, hub, and specialty pharmacy data
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools

  • Strong strategic thinking, quantitative acumen, and storytelling skills; advanced Data Science proficiency with expertise in Python
  • Comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) a plus
Good to have:
  • Experience in specialty therapeutics, oncology, or rare disease
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims structures, including ICD‑10, CPT, and NDC codes
  • Familiarity with patient services platforms such as Salesforce, AssistRx, or ConnectiveRx
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
