Methodist Richardson Medical Center, part of Methodist Health System, is seeking a Manager, Patient Access. In this full‑time role based in Richardson, you’ll oversee registration of patient visits and admissions, ensure accurate demographics, and drive upfront point‑of‑service collections.

You will maintain the master staffing and call schedules, support the system’s mission and values, and lead a team to deliver efficient, patient‑centered access services across the Admitting Department.

The Manager, Patient Access maintains accountability for the financial operations of the Admitting Department at Methodist Richardson Medical Center, including registration of patient visits or admissions with accurate demographic information and upfront point of service collections.

Shift: 8x5 Day. Methodist Richardson Medical Center is a 443-bed, full-service, acute care hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano and surrounding areas.
