The USGA, based in Liberty Corner, NJ, is seeking a Manager, Partner Content to oversee the day-to-day management of corporate partner content. This role blends organization, creativity, and strategy to align content with the brand and deliver value to audiences and stakeholders.

Based on a hybrid schedule at our Liberty Corner campus, this position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, with travel ~30 days/year and a focus on editorial excellence and data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with major brands and corporate partners.
• Experience creating editorial/content across multimedia platforms.
• Understanding how content is consumed across audiences and platforms.
• Strong editorial and creative judgement.
• Ability to coordinate team members and external stakeholders, plus manage deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the partner content project lifecycle including discovery, kickoff, proposal requirements, content curation, project management and final delivery.
• Manage relationships with internal and external corporate partner teams to deliver high-quality content for distribution.
• Manage USGA-owned broadcast vignette content, in collaboration with the Creative Services team.
• Collaborate with content, creative services and communications teams to ensure seamless integration of partner content across platforms.
• Regularly evaluate and interpret data, presenting key insights and trends to partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to sponsored content and broadcast partnerships.

About this role

The Manager, Partner Content is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of corporate partner content. This role requires an organized, creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand and delivers value to our audience and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Manage all phases of the partner content project lifecycle including discovery, kickoff, proposal requirements, content curation, project management and final delivery.
• Manage relationships with internal and external corporate partner teams to deliver high-quality content for distribution.
• Manage USGA-owned broadcast vignette content, in collaboration with the Creative Services team.
• Partner closely with internal teams, including content, creative services and communications, to ensure seamless integration of partner content across platforms.
• Regularly evaluate and interpret data, presenting key insights and trends to partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to sponsored content and broadcast partnerships and integrate new ideas into the content strategy.

Where you’ll be

This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are required to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday – Thursday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office community days. Employees can choose between Monday or Thursday as their third in-office day.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience working with major brands and corporate partners
• Experience working in editorial/content creation across multimedia platforms
• Understanding of how content is consumed across various platforms by different audiences
• Strong editorial and creative judgement
• Ability to coordinate team members and external stakeholders, and keep track of deadlines, resources and budget
• Passion for golf is a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 30 days per year

Compensation

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000. This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications. In addition to your base compensation, the USGA provides competitive benefit offerings for all full-time employees.
