BDO USA seeks a Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead the full life cycle of GovCon outsource engagements. You will oversee close processes, GAAP-compliant reporting, and client portfolio performance, while managing staff and delivering financial management recommendations.
The role includes FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance, indirect rate planning, project setup and invoicing, and regular client meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
The Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting manages the full-life cycle of all assigned finance and accounting outsource engagements for Government Contracting clients. Responsibilities include proposal development, staff assignment and oversight, final work product review and overall portfolio financial performance. In addition, the Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting will be responsible for client relationship management including regularly meeting with the client and assigned staff, reporting financial information, and making financial management recommendations, timely billing, and resolution of client issues.
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $100,000 - $125,000
Maryland Range: $100,000 - $125,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $100,000 - $125,000
