As a Manager – OSP Engineering, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering program for both existing and new facilities within our North Carolina market. This role is pivotal in driving the successful planning, design, and implementation of our fiber optic network infrastructure.
The Manager leverages technical expertise and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to effectively navigate project plans and overcome roadblocks. This role requires close collaboration with utility partners, permitting authorities, and community leaders, while ensuring clear and timely communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project progress.
