Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union seeks a Training Program Developer to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive staff development program aligned with the organization's strategic plan. You will research training needs within the Credit Union and develop curricula for organization-wide and department-specific learning.
You will coach managers and staff, oversee delivery methods (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job), and measure impact using metrics.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, or related area, and a minimum of five years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a financial institution is preferred. SHRM Certification or ASTD certification is a plus.
