The _ Manager, Order Confirmation _ reports directly to the Director, Revenue Cycle Management (Order Confirmation) and is accountable for the day-to-day leadership, quality, and performance of the Order Confirmation function. This includes oversight of Team Leads and outsourced/BPO partner teams responsible for VOC order confirmation, Fulfillment order confirmation, New Invoice and Held Invoice processing, and PAR renewal, recertification, and documentation renewal workflows.
This role serves as the key operational partner to the Director — translating strategy into daily execution, driving process consistency and quality across teams, identifying and resolving trends and barriers in order confirmation and held sales, and ensuring the department is prepared and represented in cross-functional and business review settings.

The base salary range for this position is $83,200 – $104,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
