Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the Florida location’s warehousing, logistics and inventory functions. You will direct field activities and maintenance, drive cost savings, and implement process improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in agricultural or retail crop input operations, familiarity with farm equipment tech, and a readiness to travel across states as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry.
• Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred.
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states.

• Oversee location operations: warehousing, logistics, inventory.
• Direct and manage custom application work.
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling and maintenance.
• Develop and implement process improvements, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution.
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset.
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspections.
