Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Brownsville, TX to oversee warehousing, logistics, and inventory across multi-shift distribution. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive process improvements, and ensure safe operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

5+ years of management experience in agricultural or related fields is required, along with a willingness to travel.

What You'll Do:

• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
