Job summary

IHOP is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty at our Riverdale location. You will lead the dining room team, assign tasks, create schedules, and train staff to deliver smooth breakfast and all-day service.

You will monitor food quality, equipment, portions, and service metrics, review receipts and sales reports, and address guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience. Competitive $15.00-$17.00/hour with health insurance for full-time employees.

YOUR DAY

You also maintain quality control on the back end, ensuring the equipment works, portion sizes are good, and food quality is on point. Attentively, you check cash receipts and sales reports. If a customer has any problems, you do what you can to address the issue and make things right.
