GXO Logistics, Inc. in Pryor Creek, OK is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Programs on 1st Shift to lead account growth and customer experience across assigned accounts. You will develop strategic directions and plan initiatives to optimize performance and profitability.

In this role, you will provide dedicated account management, handle contracts for accounts, and drive short- and long-term plans while inspiring a Lean culture across teams. A background in logistics is required.

Qualifications

1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 4 years of relevant experience
• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; able to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking and approach
