• Oversee manual and automated testing efforts across software releases
• Partner with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is built into the full development lifecycle
• Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
• Establish and monitor QA metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness and product quality
• Evaluate and implement testing tools and automation frameworks to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and documentation requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience, including prior experience leading or managing a QA team
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with QA processes within Agile/Scrum development environments
