Job summary

First Student in Cincinnati seeks a pricing analyst to manage the proposal pricing process, develop pricing models, and complete customer price pages. You will work closely with Directors of Business Development, Operations and other Corporate staff to finalize pricing models and review cost trends with FT Finance.

The role requires advanced Excel, leadership and clear communication, ability to work with multiple managers, and commitment to safety.

• Schedules bid reviews with appropriate Senior Managers and provides necessary back-up for pricing proposal assumptions.
• Assists in developing pricing strategies and standards.

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills mandatory.
• Self-motivated professional, independent thinker with high level prioritization skills

Compensation ranges from $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Language Requirement

This role requires English proficiency. Federal, state, and local requirements, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, require training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications be conducted in English.
