Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy Department in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and drives initiatives to improve patient safety and medication learning across the system.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent and a valid Pharmacist license with at least three years of supervisory experience.

The Manager of Pharmacy will lead the Pharmacy Department, in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy. The Manager is responsible for the day-today operations of the Pharmacy Department.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Master's degree or a Pharm.D.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
