Caring Transitions in Southern Delaware is seeking an Operations Manager to lead moving teams, coordinate downsizing, auctions, and client services. You will develop project plans, schedule staff, manage logistics, and ensure quality control.

The role requires strong people skills, excellent communication, and hands-on leadership. You will travel regionally to Dover to Selbyville, supervise crews, and help grow a caring, customer-focused operation with quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience.
• Must be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clients.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation.
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time.
• Must be able to properly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must have computer skills.
• Auction, online selling experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management.
• Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process.
• Provide quality control and training of team members.
• Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home.
• Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold.
• Safely pack and unpack goods.
• Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items.
• Start hourly transferring to salary with quarterly bonuses based on company performance.

Job description (including, but not limited to):
