Job summary

Kforce's client in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a Manager of IT Audit to lead technology-focused audits covering cybersecurity, cloud environments, technology risk, and emerging technologies. You will manage audits from planning through reporting and interact regularly with senior leadership.

This hybrid role offers a competitive base, bonus, and equity incentives, with 2-3 days in the office and broad exposure across the organization.

Qualifications

• CISA certification required.
• 5+ years of IT audit / technology risk experience.
• Big 4 advisory/risk consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, cloud tech, cybersecurity, and AI risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits from planning through reporting, across cybersecurity, cloud environments, technology risk and emerging technologies.
• Manage audit projects, including scoping, issue validation, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate findings and remediation plans.
• Provide ongoing risk insights to improve IT controls and governance across the organization.

Requirements

• CISA required
• 5+ years of IT Audit, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, or Advisory experience
• Big 4 Advisory/Risk Consulting experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IT controls, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging AI risks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
