Job summary

KeyStone Center in Chester, PA, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee evening and weekend clinical services and supervise on-shift staff. The role includes crisis intervention and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college; Master's preferred.
• Experience coordinating clinical services during evening or weekend shifts.
• Supervisory experience with clinical staff and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely.

KeyStone Center, located in Chester, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from, for out-of-state treatment options and visitors.

The Clinical Managerprimary responsibilities include coordinating all clinical services occuring during the evening or weekend shift, supervision of clinical staff working on shift as well as providing crisis intervention and completion of documentationas assigned.
