The Position
As the Manager of Clinic Administrative Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the systems and teams that support the Village Health Center’s delivery of accessible, high-quality healthcare. You will oversee key operational functions including patient access, scheduling, referrals, medical records, credentialing, quality improvement, EHR support, and reporting.

Work Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with standard office hours. Occasional flexibility may be required for meetings, trainings , operational needs, or organizational initiatives. Work is primarily office-based at the Village Health Center, with regular collaboration across clinical and administrative operations.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $90,000 to $108,000 per year.
