Position: Manager of Capital Programs (Fiscal Services Administrator V), Division of Business Development & Management (BDM).
Key responsibilities include development and management of MAA’s 6‑Year Capital Program, overseeing Federal Grant Program, Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program, Customer Facility Charge, and Debt Program. The role supervises the Capital Funds Senior Analyst and Capital Fiscal Analyst to develop project budgets, monitor cash flows, and process capital invoicing.

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties that require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees must possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
