• We are seeking a highly credible, hands‑on Manager of AI Solutions to lead technical solutioning for enterprise AI initiatives. The role combines deep experience designing and building AI/ML solutions, including LLM applications, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and reusable AI frameworks, with the ability to turn business challenges into practical solution architectures. Working alongside sales, client partners, engineering, and delivery teams, this individual will guide enterprise clients through discovery, solution design, and the early stages of AI transformation.
• This is a technically led role, not a primarily sales‑oriented position. Key Responsibilities Act as a senior technical advisor for enterprise opportunities, partnering with Account Executives and Client Partners throughout discovery and solution development.
• Lead client discovery, AI strategy workshops, use‑case prioritization, and roadmapping sessions to clarify business needs, outcomes, and technical requirements.
• Develop conceptual architectures, tailored AI solution approaches, value propositions, demos, and proof‑of‑value scopes; contribute to proposals and RFP/RFI responses. Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM‑based applications, RAG pipelines, reusable frameworks, and supporting data workflows, with engineering and data science teams. Validate solution feasibility, integration needs, implementation risks, delivery scope, and required capabilities while keeping business value and technical rigor aligned. Explain complex AI concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders; present and defend proposed solutions to senior executives and technical decision‑makers. Coordinate with sales, delivery, engineering, and product teams on solution packaging, technical positioning, service offerings, and market or customer feedback.
• Represent the AI practice in client workshops, webinars, industry events, and thought‑leadership initiatives; contribute to technical content when needed. Develop solutioning playbooks, architecture standards, and reusable best practices; mentor junior consultants and engineers on solution design and technical storytelling.
• Required Qualifications Act as a senior technical advisor for enterprise opportunities, partnering with Account Executives and Client Partners throughout discovery and solution development.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML solution architecture, applied AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting. Demonstrated experience designing and building LLM‑based systems, RAG architectures, and reusable AI/ML frameworks in real‑world environments. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, solution architecture, data pipelines, LLM implementation patterns, and the engineering considerations of scalable deployment. Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into structured solution proposals, supported by practical technical judgment and a clear understanding of business outcomes. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the credibility to engage C‑suite executives and senior technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, client‑focused environments and collaborating across sales, engineering, data science, delivery, and other stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) and able to work onsite in Tysons Corner, VA, four days per week; relocation assistance is not available
