  • Own the Meeting Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end coordination of integration meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and the immediate distribution of detailed summaries and action plans to all stakeholders.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with functional leaders (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) and project teams to align systems, workflows, and communications with integration objectives.
  • Execute Process Improvement: Lead workflow mapping and gap analysis at the department level to implement changes that improve operational excellence and support business transitions.

  • AI Proficiency: Hands‑on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Resourceful Self-Starter: High-energy professional with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to solve problems autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Adaptable Team Player: Collaborative and flexible mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and remain positive as business priorities evolve.
